After a previously unsuccessful listing, these sellers wanted to try something different. Where most land listings rely on only photography and the MLS, we were inspired to use luxury, high-tech marketing tactics to reach wider.
THE SOLUTION
We created a package of photorealistic renderings to help potential buyers visualize the endless possibilities. To capture interest, a custom website was launched with traffic driven to it from web-wide digital campaigns.
